💼 What You'll Be Doing
→ Prospecting and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads
→ Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close
→ Making outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with precision and persistence
→ Understanding customer needs and pitching tailored solutions
→ Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
→ Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to sharpen your pitch
→ Maintaining accurate records and forecasts in the CRM
🏆 What We're Looking For
→ 1–3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
→ A proven track record of meeting or beating targets
→ Strong communication and negotiation skills
→ Self-motivated with a competitive, results-first mindset
→ Comfortable with rejection and relentless in follow-up
→ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
