We are seeking a compassionate and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role,you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the entire sales lifecycle for our dataflow & licensing services. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from initial contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation & Management: Identify and qualify new sales leads for our dataflow services using CRM tools. Follow up on existing queries and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
● Applicant Engagement: Contact potential applicants via phone or Google Meet to assess their qualifications and confirm eligibility based on their experience.
● Document Analysis: Analyze and verify essential documents, including health licenses and good standing certificates, to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
● Regulatory Knowledge: Determine which healthcare regulatory bodies accept licenses from candidates with and without existing job offers.
● Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the license application team to facilitate payment links and manage the closing process once an applicant expresses interest in proceeding.
Key Qualifications and Experience
● Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience in a B2C sales role, preferably within the healthcare or regulatory compliance sector. Ed-tech is preferred as well.
● Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
● CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities is highly preferred.
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex documents and information.
