We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Associate
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

CTC: ₹5 – ₹6.5 LPA

Are you passionate about sales, communication, and building customer relationships? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team and drive business growth through effective customer engagement and conversions.
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, present suitable solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Key Requirements
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
✔ Target-oriented with a proactive sales mindset
✔ Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
✔ Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
✔ Proficiency in at least one regional language
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
