AYKA Care is looking for motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption of our SaaS-based clinic management solutions by engaging with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential clients (doctors, clinics, healthcare providers) via calls and online channels
• Present and explain AYKA Care’s SaaS solutions effectively
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Update and manage leads through CRM systems
Requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales
• Experience in SaaS or healthcare sales is preferred
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
