We are looking to onboard a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Associate to drive
revenue growth and customer engagement for our electronics and drone product portfolio. This
role focuses on lead management, customer interaction, and sales conversion while working
closely with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic technical understanding
of products, and the ability to convert opportunities into business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead Generation & Qualification
● Identify and generate leads through inbound and outbound channels
● Qualify prospects based on business needs and potential
● Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Customer Engagement
● Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Sales Conversion
● Follow up on leads and drive closures
● Prepare and share quotations and proposals
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Sales Coordination
● Work closely with technical and operations teams for order fulfillment
● Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
● Track order status and ensure timely delivery
CRM & Reporting
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
● Track sales activities and prepare regular reports
● Monitor pipeline and conversion metrics
Key KPIs.
● Lead-to-conversion ratio
● Monthly/quarterly sales targets achievement
● Customer response time
● Pipeline health and follow-up efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate (preferably with a technical background in Electronics/Engineering)
● 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales
● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are
a plus)
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
● Basic understanding of electronics or drone products
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications.
