Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Associate. The associate will focus on generating and managing leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales to meet business targets. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus
