Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru North. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, generating leads through outreach, maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting account management initiatives. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, tracking sales metrics, and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven ability to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills in Account Management, including relationship building, client onboarding, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in Ed-tech sales
- Bangalore based candidates are most preferred.
