We’re hiring an ISR Lead (Inside Sales & Relationship) at MentorX.
Location: Remote
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
We are looking for someone who can manage mentor onboarding, engagement, and success on the MentorX platform.
Key responsibilities:
Onboard and guide mentors on the platform
Manage mentor relationships and provide ongoing support
Track engagement, feedback, and NPS
Handle communication via WhatsApp and calls
Maintain CRM and monitor mentor activity
Analyze data to improve mentor success and retention
Key skills:
