Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, promoting our products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management with a strong focus on achieving targets and meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Excellent Relationship Building skills to establish trust and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the audiovisual or broadcast industry will be an added advantage.
