Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven International Sales Expert who excels in lead generation and conversion across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-quality prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients while driving revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients in international markets through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, events, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
Lead Conversion
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication
Sales Strategy & Reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics
- Continuously improve conversion rates and sales processes
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in international sales, lead generation, and deal closing
- Strong understanding of global markets and cross-cultural communication
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in [insert industry: SaaS, manufacturing, consulting, etc.]
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Prior experience handling B2B international clients
