Inside Sales & ABM Manager

Role
We are looking for a confident Inside Sales & Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to support global client acquisition in the pharma and biotech industry.
This role focuses on prospect outreach, relationship building, and converting cold leads into scheduled meetings for the sales leadership team.
Responsibilities
Execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email and phone
Engage with senior decision makers in pharma and biotech companies
Schedule meetings and coordinate sales calls with leadership
Support account based marketing initiatives and targeted campaigns
Maintain communication records and update Zoho CRM
Assist in preparing meeting pipelines for conferences and client visits
Travel within NCR or Hyderabad occasionally for client meetings or events
Skills Required
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident speaking with senior professionals
Organized and proactive in managing outreach campaigns
Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools
Preferred Background
MBA / BBA / Business Management / Communications
Prior experience in inside sales, consulting or marketing roles is a plus
