Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves actively managing the sales process, including reaching out to potential clients, generating and nurturing leads, and converting leads into paying customers. The Inside Sales Executive will provide excellent customer service, effectively communicate product features, and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, contact, and convert potential customers.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong Sales skills to drive revenue, achieve sales targets, and support organizational growth.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related role, particularly in the education or biotech sector, is a plus.
