Role Description The Inside Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers for rooftop solar solutions. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining product and service offerings, preparing basic quotations, and coordinating with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth follow-up. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales pipeline through regular communication and relationship-building. A focus on meeting sales targets, providing clear information, and supporting a positive customer experience is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to responsive, solution-focused support.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy solutions, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple leads, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; sales or energy sector certifications are an advantage.
