Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside / Pre-sales Representative, located in Parel. The professional will be responsible for managing client interactions, generating leads, assessing customer requirements, and offering suitable real estate options. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, nurturing potential leads into sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive effective client engagement and conversion
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and ensure high-quality support
  • Experience in Account Management to establish and maintain lasting professional relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Familiarity with the real estate market and trends (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or relevant field
