About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Intern to join our team,
primarily for on-field sales. Your primary focus will be generating and building a
robust B2B sales pipeline by identifying leads, engaging with potential customers,
and scheduling first-level online or in-person meetings with department leads to
discuss requirements and solutions.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in
sales, customer engagement, and business development, and to kickstart a career in
IT/OT Security.
Qualification: MBA (sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, cold
calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, with a strong focus on B2B
sales opportunities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure a consistent
flow of qualified prospects.
- Understand customer pain points and align them with appropriate solutions in
cybersecurity, OT security, compliance, and IT infrastructure to enhance
security posture, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with the technical team to understand client requirements,
coordinate product demonstrations, and support requirement gathering.
- Schedule and conduct first-level meetings (online or in-person) with potential
clients and department heads to introduce solutions and assess business
needs.
- Participate in industry events, expos, and networking activities to drive lead
generation and brand visibility.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and submit daily/weekly
sales activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to overall business
growth.
Desirable Skills
- Strong English communication and persuasive skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and direct client interactions.
- Basic understanding of IT, networking, and cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently as well as part of a
team.
