🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and support our sales growth. This is a full-time, on-site role in which you will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective customers and handle inquiries
• Coordinate product demos with technical teams (online/offline)
• Maintain and update sales pipeline
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents
• Support sales reporting and track conversions
• Coordinate customer training post-sales
• Follow up for payment collections
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
🔹 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing / Engineering or related)
• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales or customer support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
