Responsibilities
Role: Sales Development Representative
Focus: Self-sourced lead generation, marketing lead qualification
Goal: Create new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline for DES solutions at Keysight
Review Cycle: Monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify partial marketing leads based on ICP
- Schedule discovery meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain CRM hygiene and timely updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/ BBA/MBA or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Min. 6 -8 years of Industry experience is required.
- Strong phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
