What you’ll do:
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas meet hotel quality standards
- Train team members and maintain efficiency
- Assist with scheduling and daily operations
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Previous hotel housekeeping or supervisory experience is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
