Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing outbound and inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, assisting with sales strategies, and providing support to the sales team. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and meeting specific sales targets. Training and guidance will be provided to support growth and success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding or interest in Sales and Sales Management
- Willingness to learn and participate in Training and development programs
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets consistently
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in a similar role is not required but is considered a plus
