We are hiring a Hospital Billing Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hospital billing operations, including IPD Billing, OPD Billing, TPA Processing, Insurance Claims, and Credit Billing.
The role requires coordination with doctors, nursing staff, insurance providers, and patients to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle IPD (In-Patient Department) Billing and OPD (Out-Patient Department) Billing processes
- Manage TPA Billing & Insurance Claims Processing (Cashless & Reimbursement cases)
- Perform Credit Billing for corporate and insurance tie-ups
- Generate and verify hospital invoices, bills, and discharge summaries
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines, and billing standards
- Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for approvals and claim settlements
- Resolve billing discrepancies, patient queries, and claim rejections
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and documentation
- Work closely with internal departments (Doctors, Nursing, Front Office, Accounts)
- Ensure timely submission of bills for faster revenue cycle management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Healthcare Management or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospital Billing / Medical Billing / TPA Billing
- Freshers with relevant internship/training in hospital billing can also apply
- Experience in handling insurance claims, TPA portals, and hospital software is an added advantage
