Develops and maintains relationships with team leaders and Donor Operations staff to facilitate customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, as well as internal and external relationships and recruitment strategies.
Participates in Recruitment, Donor Operations, and other department-wide meetings to encourage strong relationships and team-building.
Develops and follows through with blood drive plans to meet established efficiency standards for donors per staff per hour rates.
Attends Chamber of Commerce meetings and other similar meetings as scheduled within the territory.
Attends organized events within the assigned geographical territory for opportunities to expose Inova Blood Donor Services.
Networks in the community and shares leads for other territories with other members of the Recruitment team.
