We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting and Onboarding implementation consultant who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Onboarding and Recruiting Cloud. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, design solutions, map business processes, and configure systems
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding modules.
- Gather requirements, analyse gaps, design solutions, and map existing HR business processes.
- Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud components including recruiting workflows, job templates, candidate selection processes, and career site branding.
- Configure Onboarding journeys, tasks, notifications, forms, and approvals based on business needs.
- Lead and execute unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for both Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Provide user training and support for both rollouts and live environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Onboarding and Recruiting Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations, setups, and transactions specific to Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Professional) are highly preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong team player with ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
