Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand InnoWave's client base.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively drive sales initiatives.
Experience in handling B2B sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
