Automation (Python and Selenium) Tester - Immediate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automation Tester with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python and Selenium to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure software quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand requirements and create effective test strategies. Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify issues. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks. Report and track defects using bug tracking tools. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes. Participate in code reviews, test case reviews, and maintain test documentation. Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in automation testing using Python and Selenium. Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and test automation principles. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Knowledge of automation frameworks such as PyTest or unittest. Understanding of version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
