<br>What You'll Do<br><br>
</div><div>As our Clinical Director, you'll wear many hats — clinician, mentor, leader, and innovator. Your day-to-day will include:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Providing direct, high-quality clinical care to clients (<strong>22–30 complete visits per week</strong>)</li>
<li>Supervising and mentoring <strong>LGPCs, LMSWs, and pre-licensed therapists</strong> on their path to independent licensure</li>
<li>Leading and facilitating therapy groups that change lives</li>
<li>Ensuring full compliance with <strong>COMAR regulations</strong> and <strong>CARF accreditation standards</strong>
</li>
<li>Collaborating with executive leadership on clinical strategy, quality improvement, and program development</li>
<li>Shaping clinical policies, training initiatives, and best practices</li>
<li>Offering <strong>evening availability as needed</strong> to support clients and supervisees</li>

<br>What You'll Bring<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>✅ <strong>Active, unencumbered Maryland licensure</strong> as an <strong>LCSW-C, LCPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist</strong>
</li>
<li>✅ <strong>Board-approved supervisor status</strong> with authority to supervise LGPCs and/or LMSWs</li>
<li>✅ Strong working knowledge of <strong>COMAR regulations</strong> and <strong>CARF standards</strong> in Maryland</li>
<li>✅ Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting</li>
<li>✅ A passion for mentoring, teaching, and elevating clinical teams</li>
<li>✅ Excellent clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>✅ A heart for service and a vision for what behavioral health can be</li>
<li>⭐ <strong>Bilingual Spanish/English fluency is a strong plus and highly valued</strong>
