This fee-for-service opportunity offers flexible scheduling, clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians, and the chance to work within a supportive interdisciplinary team.<br><br> </div><div> <br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> </div><div>Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to clients using evidence-based treatment modalities. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record. Collaborate with supervisors, prescribers, case managers, and other team members to coordinate integrated care. Participate in case consultations, clinical staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and provide appropriate crisis intervention and safety planning. Adhere to all ethical guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and agency policies.<br><br> </div><div> <br>Qualifications<br><br> </div><div>Active, unrestricted Maryland license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, LGPC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic engagement skills. Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, or trauma-informed care is preferred. Ability to manage a flexible caseload and maintain timely documentation. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
