Internship Details
Mode: Remote
Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM IST
Duration: 6-12 Months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: Performance-Based
Role & Exposure
Selected interns will gain structured exposure in:
Technical Domain
- Coding in HTML5, CSS3, Python & Core Java
- Basic Java-based application logic development
- Structured database handling & data processing
- Workflow automation & productivity systems
- Internal tool development support
Business & Growth Domain
- Digital marketing support & campaign coordination
- Market research & competitor analysis
- Presentation creation & structured reporting
- Supporting outreach & strategic communication initiatives
- Assisting in innovation program execution
This is a cross-functional internship designed to provide real startup and innovation ecosystem exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE / B.Tech (3rd or 4th Year)
- Basic knowledge of:
HTML
CSS
Core Java
Python
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365:
PowerPoint
Word
Excel
Outlook
- Must have own laptop (Minimum 8GB RAM mandatory)
- Stable internet connection
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
1️⃣ Online Assessment
- Basic technical aptitude (HTML, CSS, Core Java & Python fundamentals)
- Logical reasoning / problem-solving questions
- Short task-based evaluation
2️⃣ Personal Interview (Virtual)
- Communication skills assessment
- Understanding of fundamentals
- Learning attitude & initiative
- Role alignment discussion
Final selection will be based on overall performance in both stages.
