UI/UX Designer

Job Description: UI/UX Designer (3-5 years experience)

 Position Overview : 

 We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge and expand your design skills, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile, web, and other digital platforms. 
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and align design solutions with business goals. 
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results. 
• Maintain design consistency and quality across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines. 
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma. 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate ideas clearly. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. 
• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
