Tecnical lead developer

Responsibilities :- 

Technology Expert who possess strong expertise in data-related technologies, including data modelling, data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, data analytics, and data visualization. 

Expertise in Python and Python libraries especially Pandas is a must. Expertise in ETL is a must. 

Lead in the development of data-centric applications, utilizing Python technology. 

Ability to provide guidance to development teams regarding architectural principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components and technologies. 

Analyze system performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization. 

Identify areas for improvement in terms of scalability, efficiency, and response times. 

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. 

Qualifications : 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Experience of minimum 10 years as Technical Lead. 

In-depth knowledge of data-related technologies, including databases, data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, data analytics, and data visualization.  

Proficiency in ETL is a must. 

Proficiency in Python and Python Libraries especially Pandas. 

Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and coding best practices. 

Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data-related services. 

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs. 

Knowledge of air flows is advantageous. 

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
