We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of technical projects for the organization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
As a technical project manager your key responsibilities would be:
• Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation to closure using project management best practices.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Monitor and report project progress, including milestone achievements, budget variance, and project risks, to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project quality standards are met by conducting regular reviews and testing.
• Manage change requests and maintain project documentation, including project charter, project plan, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.
• Manage project team performance by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and coaching team members as needed.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
Hands-on/Good exposer to Java application projects, MEAN/MERN stack.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a technical project manager in a software development or IT environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex technical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, would be an added bonus.
• Experience in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, is preferred.
• Experience in software development, system integration, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
