Technical Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, particularly AWS, and modern data architectures. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solution architectures that meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

What you would be doing at Innovatily?

• Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures, integrating advanced cloud services and modern data technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate existing systems and software to identify areas for improvement and integration with new technologies.
• Lead the implementation of architectural solutions, providing expertise and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a library of deployable, tested, and documented architectural solutions.
• Ensure solutions are designed in alignment with best practices and organizational standards for security and scalability.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding of proposed solutions and technologies.
• Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in the field of cloud architecture, continually updating the company's practices and offerings.

The ideal candidate -

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Architect or Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale technology solutions.
• Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services, architecture best practices, and security models.
• Proficiency in modern data technologies and architectures, including databases, data warehousing, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of architectural design patterns, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Security: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Performance Tuning: Experience in performance tuning and optimization of large-scale systems.
