About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with extensive experience
in L3 support management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a
strong background in Python programming, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and
providing high-level support for critical applications and systems. This role requires excellent
problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to
incident and problem management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications. Write clean,
efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
2. Provide third-level support for complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2
support teams.
3. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal
impact on business operations.
4. Work closely with development teams to identify, reproduce, and fix defects.
5. Act as the main point of contact for high-priority incidents, ensuring effective
communication and coordination.
6. Able to conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent
recurring issues.
7. Document incident and problem resolution steps for knowledge base and future
reference.
8. Monitor system performance and health, proactively identifying and addressing
potential issues.
9. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management,
and system optimization.
10. Ensure high availability and reliability of critical applications and systems.
11. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless
integration and deployment of applications.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
2. Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of its libraries and
frameworks.
3. Proven experience in L3 support or similar roles, handling complex technical issues
and providing high-level support.
4. Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.
5. Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
