About the role

We are looking for an awesome Presales Lead who will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process by understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to articulate the value of the proposed solutions effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Conduct meetings to gather detailed requirements and understand client objectives.
  2. Analyze customer requirements and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions. Create detailed technical designs, architectures, and documentation based on client needs.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and offerings. Stay informed about competitors and market trends. Translate technical features into business benefits during client interactions.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Clearly articulate the technical aspects of the proposed solutions in a way that aligns with customer needs and challenges. Provide accurate effort estimations for proposed solutions.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Address technical queries and concerns raised by potential clients.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. Provide insights to the organization regarding potential market opportunities and challenges.

Our Requirement:

  1. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Should have minimum 10-12 years of proven work experience in software solution sales.
  3. Should have sound knowledge on providing solutions on Predictive analytics, AI/ML solutions and Gen AI technologies. Working knowledge on platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
  4. Proven experience in a presales role of minimum 5- 8 years.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
