About the role
We are looking for an awesome Presales Lead who will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process by understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to articulate the value of the proposed solutions effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Conduct meetings to gather detailed requirements and understand client objectives.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions. Create detailed technical designs, architectures, and documentation based on client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and offerings. Stay informed about competitors and market trends. Translate technical features into business benefits during client interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Clearly articulate the technical aspects of the proposed solutions in a way that aligns with customer needs and challenges. Provide accurate effort estimations for proposed solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Address technical queries and concerns raised by potential clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. Provide insights to the organization regarding potential market opportunities and challenges.
Our Requirement:
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Should have minimum 10-12 years of proven work experience in software solution sales.
- Should have sound knowledge on providing solutions on Predictive analytics, AI/ML solutions and Gen AI technologies. Working knowledge on platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
- Proven experience in a presales role of minimum 5- 8 years.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
