 What are we Looking For: 

Innovatily is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling content. As a Graphic Designer at Innovatily, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials to support our marketing, branding, and product development initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and design high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, presentations, brochures, and advertisements. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics. 
• Conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with the company’s brand identity and messaging. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to ensure our designs are current and competitive. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements. 
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process. 
• Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects. 
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong attention to detail, Creative thinking and organizational skills. 
• Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
