The Role

As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at InnovArise, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding venture teams through the entire startup lifecycle—from ideation to scaling. Your entrepreneurial expertise will help founders validate ideas, develop strong business models, and prepare for market entry.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with startup teams, investors, and industry experts to turn promising concepts into high-growth companies.

Key Responsibilities

Mentorship & Strategic Guidance

• Provide expert advice to venture teams at every stage of the startup journey.

• Ideation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions, refine ideas, and validate business concepts.

• Incubation: Support market research, product development, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Acceleration: Guide teams on scaling operations, securing partnerships, and preparing for investment rounds.

• Help founders craft compelling pitch decks for the InnovArise New Venture Board.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align on venture progress and strategic goals.

• Provide regular updates on startup performance, key milestones, and areas for improvement.

Networking & Partnerships

• Leverage your network to connect startups with potential customers, investors, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Proven entrepreneur: You have successfully built, grown, and scaled startups and understand the complexities of launching a venture.
• Mentor & leader: You enjoy coaching founders and helping them navigate challenges, pivots, and growth strategies.
• Strategic thinker: You have a deep understanding of market dynamics, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong network: You have connections with investors, industry leaders, and potential partners that can accelerate venture success.
• Hands-on operator: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help startups build, validate, and scale efficiently.
