Innovapptive is a fast-growing, leading enterprise software company that provides innovative solutions to the Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Architect to join our team.
As an SAP ABAP Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex SAP ABAP solutions, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the overall integrity of the SAP landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and maintainable ABAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex ABAP programs, interfaces, reports, and custom applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ABAP development team
- Optimize and enhance existing ABAP code for improved performance and scalability
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and end-users to gather and document requirements
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
- Proficient in ABAP programming, including experience with advanced ABAP concepts like OOP, BADI, and BAPI
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Experience in leading and mentoring ABAP development teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
