IT Specialist

As an IT Specialist at Innovamat, your mission is to provide fast, friendly, and reliable IT support to all employees. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to devices, operating systems, and software tools, ensuring that everyone can work efficiently and without interruptions. As you grow in the role, you will gradually take on more technical responsibility, helping coordinate day-to-day tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for the helpdesk team.
