Software Development Engineer-ii ( Frontend)

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II (Frontend) to build the most amazing product experience. You'll get to work with other engineers to build a delightful feature experience to understand and solve our customer's pain points. Hiring Process 1. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products. 2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. 4. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and stability. Eligibility Criteria 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2. 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development 3. Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, and experience with modern frontend frameworks like React (with Redux).
