Essential Responsibilities:

Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical/electrical diagrams

Experienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems of an engine and/or generator.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Must be able to communicate via telephone & email

Qualification Requirements:

Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support,
Empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers +5 years’ experience in a technical role
Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills
Willingness to work in shift model and on call
Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems
Fluency in English a must
Good interpersonal skills

Job specific knowledge:

Strong communication skills…experienced in customer communications
Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player
Able to work efficiently without direct supervision

Preferred:

Multi-year working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.
Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR
Mechanical/electrical RCA research and analysis exposure
Previous field experience a bonus
