About the role
As a Lead Sales Planner you are responsible for empowering the Go-To-Market teams with the resources, tools, and consultation they need to sell efficiently & effectively. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, creating content and materials, and fostering continuous improvement in sales processes. The Sales Planner works closely with sales, client success managers, creative, insights, audiences, agency development, programmatic trading, technical account managers, revenue operations, revenue strategy, and product marketing team to ensure alignment across the organization, driving revenue growth and improving sales performance. Sales Planners adapt and customize content to be highly relevant to specific customer segments or even individual clients.
Expectations:
Client Delivery
Leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the salesprocess
RFP and RFIs responses including template development, create compelling narratives when required, and project manage through delivery
Develop QBR and Annual Planning templates designed for impactful client meetings during which we gather valuable client inputs and strategies, share InMobi’s value as a partner, and opportunities to grow the business.
Content Development:
Create and curate custom sales materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal templates.
Work with marketing and product teams to ensure sales materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with current campaigns and product offerings.
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of sales content, making it easily accessible to the sales team.
Customer & Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure sales planning materials are relevant and effective.
Use customer feedback and sales data to refine and optimize sales planning content and training
The Experience You’ll Need
3-5 years of relevant experience that could span marketing, product marketing, product management, sales planning, competitive analysis
BA/BS/BTech degree in a business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
Experience with GenAI tools to including Loopio, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva, Dall-E, or others
Design and storytelling skills, ability to write and articulate clearly
Drive and lead multiple projects and priorities to completion while collaborating with multiple teams
Ability to work cross-functionally, with globally spread teams, in a matrix setup
