What you will be doing?

As Associate – Program Management you will coordinate the learning and development programs. In this role, you will manage end-to-end operational aspects of L&D cycle. As part of this you will support the L&D team in streamlining execution of learning plan for different parts of the organisation. You will collaborate and coordinate appropriate resources such as Trainers/Facilitators , speakers and external consulting organisations to ensure effective execution of all learning and development initiatives across the organisation.


Key Accountabilities

  • Calendarize training offerings based on learning & development strategy to match the needs of employees across geographies
  • Enable exceptional onboarding experience with smooth induction planning and partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Manage reporting, follow-up and completion statistics of all ‘Essential trainings’
  • Manage program communication, enrolments, cancellations, venue, materials, pre work distribution and post-delivery follow up with participants and their managers.
  • Employee SPOC for routine query/issue resolution.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure that all required L&D services are provided.
  • Maintain global program tools such as online collaboration sites, document management and learning management systems.
  • Collect and maintain information to evaluate program effectiveness, measure business impact and gauge client satisfaction.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.


Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Aspiration in Learning & Development career


Prior Beneficial Experiences

  • Preparing communications and tracking effectiveness of training.
  • Planning and organisation of tasks and preparing updates
