Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quthbullapur for an Injection Moulding Technician / Process Engineer. The role involves operating and optimizing injection moulding equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, supervising production processes, and maintaining high product quality standards. The technician will also oversee and execute preventive maintenance plans, develop efficient manufacturing processes, and train team members to enforce safety and production protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues in injection moulding processes
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards
- Expertise in Process Engineering and optimizing manufacturing workflows
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and performing routine checks to minimize downtime
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to improve skillsets and operational understanding among team members
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Relevant educational background in engineering or a related technical field
- Experience working in injection moulding or related manufacturing environments is a plus
