Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Injection Molding Operator at our production facility located in Ahmedabad. The role involves operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality products, conducting machine set-up and adjustments, and performing regular quality checks. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality standards to ensure superior production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating injection molding machines and general machine operation processes
- Hands-on experience with injection techniques and managing injection molding procedures
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and ensuring product conformity to specifications
- Skilled in performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Attention to detail, safety consciousness, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Relevant technical training or certifications in machine operation or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or production industry is an advantage
