📍 Location: Varrachha, Surat
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
Salary: 15k to 30k (Depending on Experience)

🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive to support client communication, sales coordination, and lead follow-ups for the business.
This role involves interacting with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements, maintaining regular communication, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a professional approach toward client handling.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication
- Follow up with existing and potential buyers regularly
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally
- Share product details, pricing, and availability information with clients
- Maintain and update lead/client records in Excel or CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings and support sales activities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Share regular updates on inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activity
✅ Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and client follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and responsible approach toward sales coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in diamonds, jewelry, luxury products, or B2B sales is an advantage

- Experience working with international clients
- Understanding of the diamond or jewelry industry
- Prior exposure to CRM/customer management tools
