About the role

The purpose of this role is to drive the growth and success of the company by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with introducing brokers and other key stakeholders. The role involves effectively communicating the company's value proposition, fostering strong relationships with partners, and ensuring their ongoing performance and satisfaction. By staying informed about financial market trends and collaborating with internal teams, the individual will develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and achieve business objectives. The position also requires regular travel to strengthen partnerships, organize events, and ensure alignment with organizational targets. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Leverage an existing network of clients to drive business growth at Ingot Brokers while actively expanding your network to acquire new clients - Manage client relationships effectively, increase trading volumes, and consistently deliver on revenue targets - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and increase revenue - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and institutional partners in the forex market - Contribute to the creation and implementation of impactful sales strategies designed to achieve and surpass revenue goals. Ensure alignment with Ingot Brokers' overall objectives and market positioning - Act as the main point of contact for all key clients, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns - Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, trading, compliance, operations) to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations - Keep clients informed of new products, services, and market developments to maintain engagement and satisfaction - Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the forex or financial services industry, with a focus on client relationship management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment - Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients and institutional accounts - Strong knowledge of the forex markets, trading platforms, and financial products - Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives - Skilled in cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships - Ability to identify new opportunities and proactively address challenges - Strong business development skills with the ability to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
