Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive and dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic agile team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving project success by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team, and removing impediments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, always on the job, and passionate about fostering a high-performing agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Scrum Mastery:
• Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a servant-leader to the team, empowering them to self-organize and make decisions.
• Remove impediments and proactively identify potential roadblocks to ensure smooth team progress.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously assess and improve the Scrum process within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and risks.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
