About the role

Design, develop and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet customer service needs, including custom
integrations.
•            Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to identify system enhancements and modifications.
•            Perform customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM.
•            Ability to develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.
•            Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment
environments.
•            Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
•            Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
