We are seeking a Marketing/Brand Manager who can take on the responsibility of maintaining and strengthening our brand identity while also strategizing and executing performance marketing campaigns to generate online leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding and be able to create visibility for the brand across all relevant channels. Additionally, the candidate should also have experience in content management, particularly in the field of technical content.
Job Requirement –
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding, performance marketing, and content management for Consulting and market research Industry.
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms
- Experience with technical content creation and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description –
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Create and maintain brand guidelines that are consistent with the company's values and mission
- Manage the company's online presence and ensure that it reflects the brand's identity
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase conversions
- Manage the company's content strategy and ensure that it aligns with business objectives
- Work closely with the research team to develop technical content that is informative and engaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and product to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement best practices in marketing to drive results
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all activities are within the allocated budget
- Identify how the brand of organization is currently positioned in the market
- Responsible to build the brand image across all desirable social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xing etc.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
