junior UX Designer

You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including Research, UX Design, Content Design, Business, and Development. Your responsibilities will include creating conceptual designs, wireframes, flows and prototypes, specifically for our platforms team. You'll work across all stages of the design process, from user research and ideation to final visual design and implementation support. As an advocate for user experience at ING, you'll promote the value of design, increase engagement, and clearly communicate research findings and design ideas.
