About Infytrix - Infytrix Ecom Private Limited is a SaaS startup building Mark8IQ, a suite of AI-powered tools for e-commerce and Q-commerce.We help enterprise brands optimize advertisement, inventory, returns, finance, and research across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Blinkit, and more.- Amazon Partner & part of Amazon Ads Advisory Board- Trusted by 16+ leading brands across fashion, personal care, FMCG & home décor- Recognized by Startup India & DPIIT Role Overview - We are hiring BE freshers (B.Tech – IIT/NIT preferred) as Associate Product Manager Trainees.This is a 6-month training + internship program, leading to a 12-month full-time Associate Product Manager role. You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate with the AI team on building our in-house e-commerce AI model (MARK). Program Structure & Compensation - - Training + Internship (6 months): ■40,000/month (in-hand stipend) - Full-Time Role (12 months post-training): ■10 LPA CTC Key Responsibilities - - Support in defining product roadmaps, features, and priorities aligned with the company vision. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies to identify opportunities. - Assist in feature prioritization to ensure maximum business and client impact. - Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into clear specifications and user stories. - Create and manage sprints in ClickUp, ensuring tracking and accountability. - Monitor the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery with quality. - Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before releases and ensure smooth rollouts. - Collaborate with analysts to track adoption, usage metrics, and performance KPIs. - Derive insights from data to recommend improvements in product performance and UX. - Engage with clients and analysts to understand pain points and map them to product features. - Prepare documentation, training materials, and demo sessions for clients and internal teams. - Act as a bridge between analysts, business, clients, and engineering teams. - Work closely with the AI team to align product requirements with AI-driven outputs. - Gain hands-on exposure by working directly with the Founder. - Prepare weekly update reports & monthly reports to track progress and outcomes. - Create detailed product documentation, Agile task distribution, and write user stories for development teams.
